Kelly Overett began her career as a dancer on the British rave circuit, earning a spot performing alongside Carl Cox during his TV appearances before joining SL2 — one of the defining acts of the early 90s rave movement — and touring on their hit singles including “DJ’s Take Control” and “On A Ragga Tip.” When SL2 stepped back, she transitioned into eurodance and became the face of Cappella.
Kelly led Cappella to 5 top singles in more than 30 countries with “U Got 2 Know,” “U Got 2 Let the Music,” “U & Me,” “Move On Baby” and “Move It Up.” “U Got 2 Let the Music” reached No. 2 on the UK Singles Chart in 1993.

After nearly three decades away from the spotlight, Kelly returned to the stage in 2023 to an overwhelming reception. She performed at 9 European festivals that year
